♢  25K or more Librarian wanted -Beijing International school ,Aug 2019 start

♢  Be responsible for the key-in and management work in library system. Know about the search and management function between different library systems. Be able to search and create the proper library data base in own and external library.

♢  Guide readers to consult the collection catalogue and the literature retrieval tool, and hold the assistant work of literature research and bibliography editing. Conduct regular activities and events in the library to help foster a good learning environment.

♢  Responsible for selecting books, evaluating resource materials, and assisting book purchasing activities. The books purchased shall be registered, covered, collected and classified, classified, stored and arranged in order, so as to ensure that books are discharged neatly and correctly

♢  Browse, query, statistics, add, delete and modify the basic information of book borrowers. In charge of the branch management, review the borrower identity, safeguard the order, to prevent the behavior of stealing books. Regular dust removal of books, fire prevention, pest control, moisture prevention and other work

♢  Handling the activities of borrowing books, examining whether or not to return books with damage or pollution, and handling the damaged books according to the regulations; generating reminders and returning books and reports; urging those who overdue to borrow books to return books; and charging overdue fines according to the regulations.

♢  High Diploma or above in Library, Information Science/Computer Science,

♢  Management/Information System, archival science or other related major

♢  Meticulous work, steady and steady, strong sense of responsibility, hardworking, dedicated,

♢  highly honest, self-motivated and passionate about document management

♢  Strong communication and interpersonal skill.

♢  Familiar with literature description rules, cataloguing and bibliographic data

♢  Library management experience is preferred
