JOB SUMMARY

♢   private kids training Center

♢   Location:  Beijing Shunyi Line 15 Houshayu Station

♢   Programs: Bilingual Class of Gym, music, phonics to Babies from 0-6 most classes with parents

♢   Job title: Instructor

♢   Provide courses to Babies from 0-6 ;

♢   Total 6 Courses. Mainly on Fitness Fun and Phonics. May assist Art or Music classes

♢   Give demos to new students and do marketing activities;

♢   Attend weekly meeting, training, workshop and do paper work required;

♢   Teaching material provided

♢   5 working days per week;

♢   Working hours per week: 40 (25 teaching + 15 office)

♢   Native English speaker preferred;

♢   Bachelor's or Master’s degree and majored in education preferred;

♢   At least 1 year related experience with reference letter;

♢   TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certificate preferred;

♢   22 to 35 years old.

♢   Base salary: 8000- 15000 RMB per month;

♢   Bonus system;

a. Bonus for successful demo, customer retention, class regrouping and new teacher recommendation;

b. Monthly commission: 2400 RMB to 5600 RMB depending on class amount and Instructor level;
